The software has a built in license wizard and uses the familiar key-based licensing method.



Requesting Licenses with the License Wizard


1. Boot the Enterprise Erase Mobile Desktop.


2. Double-click the EEMobile icon.

If this is the first time running the software, you will be prompted to either run the software in Demonstration Mode or to Start the License Wizard. Click here for more information about installing  the EE Mobile software.


3. A License Dialogue box will appear, asking for the number of licenses needed. Enter the number required, and then click the Next button.

4. You will be provided with a Request Key. A Response Key will be provided from the Tabernus Customer Portal (customer.tabernus.com).

Note: Do not close the Tabernus Wizard until you have entered the Response Key.

5. The following popup will appear upon successful licensing:

Requesting Licenses via Customer Portal


1. Using a computer that has access to the internet, launch a web browser and log in to the Customer Portal (customer.tabernus.com).


2. Select Request License by Key.

3. The Add License Request dialog will open.

4. Enter your Request Key into the License Request Key box, and then select Enterprise Erase Mobile - 1.0. Unless you have it set up, ignore Group. If you wish, enter a Memo:- noting the server you are licensing, for example:

5. You will be presented with a Response Key.

6. Enter the Response Key as shown below.

7. Click Finish. A successful license transfer will produce the following dialogue box:
