To show your custom fields on the device reports:

Open http://localhost/eemobile

On the navigation bar at the top of the page click Reports

Check the box that says "Enable if you want the custom fields to be shown in PDF reports

Click update.
Any report PDF that you create should now show the custom field for that device.
