This article will detail how to process iPhone devices in Tabernus EE Mobile when these devices contain an active customer passcode.


-Please ensure your device has at least a 10-15% charge

-Power the iPhone down

-Launch the EE Mobile Software

-Connect the passcode protected device and hold down the home button

-This will allow the iPhone device to process within the software

-Allow the device to complete the reset and erasure


*Note: If the correct firmware has not been downloaded, this erasure will be marked as a Fail (no license deducted) . Please ensure that the correct firmware has been downloaded by either  


1) connecting a non-passcode protected device, or

2) allowing the firmware to download by connecting a passcode device and allowing the device to fail. Even with a fail status, please do not disrupt the iPhone until the firmware download has been complete.
