1. At the Tabernus server, start the Server Application.
2. Click on Help, and then Request New License.
3. This will generate a file on the desktop called "LicRequest.txt"
4. Place this file on a USB memory stick and take it to a computer with internet access.
5. Visit your customer portal by going to http://customer.tabernus.com and logging in with your usual details.
6. Go to the request license screen.
7. Choose the file you wish to upload (the "LicRequest.txt" from earlier).
8. Type the number of licenses you wish to draw from your account.
9. Choose the software revision (Enterprise Erase LAN)
10. Download the license.
11. This will give you a link to the download - right click on it and choose Save As. Save the file without the leading numbers or underscore. For example if the file is called "0123456_UpdateLicense.txt" save it to your memory stick as "UpdateLicense.txt".
12. Take the memory stick back to your Tabernus software.
13. Drag the "UpdateLicense.txt" file to the desktop.
14. Go to the software again, click Help, followed by Load New License.
15. Your number of licenses will update.
