While the software is starting I cannot detect the USB key with licenses.


This occurs for one of two reasons:


  1. The USB key has been removed too early - do not remove the USB key until prompted to do so
  2. The USB key is not plugged into a USB Root Hub. Make sure that the device is plugged into a USB Root Hub - if you cannot identify a Root Hub, plug the USB key into a connector at the rear of the computer (on the motherboard).
