If you do not safely remove your USB media from your computer when transferring files, you may find that the license update file that you were trying to transfer back to your Tabernus system is lost or corrupted.


Please follow these instructions to download another copy:


1. Navigate to the Customer Portal (customer.tabernus.com)


2. Click the Transactions icon:


3. Right click the Update License link and click Save As (or Save Target As, depending on your browser):



4. Save the target to your USB stick, removing the leading numbers and underscore.


For example, if the download is "1369061651_UpdateLicense.txt", save as "UpdateLicense.txt"



You can now use this license file to update your Tabernus Array or LAN server.
